I liked this book excessively. It was about a little orphan girl named Sarah, that is taken when she was 13, (or was it 14?) to mansion to be a ward of Mrs. Blake, an elderly widow. At first it seems that she was picked at random, which confuses Sarah quite a bit, because who would want a skinny orphan girl with a crippled left hand??? If she really wanted her just because of her, she was not sure why, and why was the world does every one seem to be whispering behind her back? 

I thought it had an amazing story line, and it is a defiantly good book. The only thing I was not crazy about was that it had a slight "Christan" undertone, but all in all it was a good book!

Hey BOstan,

Please except my apologies, on how long it has been since I last wrote. Only you would understand what I have been threw. Not only have I been threw a long, hard cold winter, but also threw a severely busy one. In ohio, winters are long and harsh. Every day is colder than the one before. Sometimes it is so cold that I wish I could just stay in bed all day.  Each day I get more fed up with the weather. At the same time winter is beautiful. To much snow though, gets very boring. At about the end of January, or even earlier, every one misses green, for all they see is white. People are pleading with the weather to get warm.  Like it will do them any good, since winter is not over till at least early March, if not later. Every one ignores that fact and does it any way. Spring always comes when it see it right to, just when we think we will never see any color again, it comes.

Hey Asia! Have you been checking your site for reviews? I have been leaving some, but do not know if you have got them. I just watched the second half to the Masterpice classics version of Tess. I find the whole story very sad.... But I thought the movie was well done. :) How have you been? I am starting orchestra soon! I am so excited. I missed it so much. I also just finished reading the Princess Bride for the 3rd time. Most books I only like to read once, well I should not say that I have been know to read a favorite at least 4 times threw. Well anyway, my letter to you should be mailed soon. Sorry it took so long... my life has been really crazy lately. I am just glad I have you to talk to.

Your forever faithful friend, (I almost broke out singing the Chitty Chitty Bang Bang song, have you ever seen it? It was one of the movies along with the Princes bride that I grew up on.)
